  13. I love this purse. I modified it quite a bit a the front panels are actually 4 layers with a huge pocket on the front and back. Even made one with a zipper pocket divider. I have made about 10 of multiple sizes. The purse I use daily was enlarged to 150% on the copier. I have also reduced it down and made it the way of the patter with no outside pockets for little girls.
Just love the design I can send you some pictures if you would like.

  18. Thanks for the pattern! I made this bag in two evenings and I love it! It’s the first bag of any type I’ve ever made, and it was surprisingly easy. Both my sisters have informed me that I will be making them purses as well. I did tweak the pattern a little–I stitched handles directly to the bag, rather than using grommets; and I added a zipper pocket to the inside. There were a few spots that I had a little trouble with, but I think that was just my inexperience.
Thank you thank you thank you for posting the free pattern! I’ll be studying the patterns on your Etsy shop to decide which one to buy!

  19. Hi Joanne,

(I needed a lift after the frustration of my new laptop! LOLLLL)
