You have landed on this page looking for your purchased patterns and videos, but before you head off to retrieve or view them via the button provided below, I have an announcement I need to share.
So, you may have noticed that I no longer sell video courses. I stopped selling them a while ago in preparation for some substantial changes for CWD.
Now that I have more time to focus on CWD again, I am tackling things that have been on my ‘to do’ list for a long time. One of them is a new website, so right now there is some behind-the-scenes activity happening… Next month I am hoping to launch a new International CWD website! WOOP!
The Good Points:
- Easier access to your account and downloads, with a much less confusing and simpler system.
- ALL video courses will progressively become available FREE for everyone on YouTube after the launch of the new website. That's my old courses and my future new ones (YES! My plan is that all new pattern releases moving forward will have a video course by ME, included, too.)
Unfortunately, there is one downside…. And believe me I have spent many weeks and sleepless nights deliberating whether changing platform is the right choice, but I believe the changes will provide a better experience for all and outweigh any disadvantage.
OK….so the downside is that the current account system will become obsolete. As I have not been able to find a way to port the current accounts over, we will be starting with fresh accounts.
So, with this in mind, I am requesting that everyone that has purchased patterns from me in the past on this current platform, please login (via the button below) and download your patterns to your own safe storage space. I suggest Dropbox or OneDrive. Please do this by the 21st April 2023.
You do NOT need to try to download the Video Courses as the files are huge. You will NOT lose access to them! In the files section of your video course along with your pattern file/s, you will find a PDF with links to the videos on YouTube (Currently Unlisted and not available to the public yet).
Fear not though, I will be retaining all records of purchases made on the current website system, so if ever you do have a computer meltdown etc, I will be able to email your purchases to you. So please do not worry that you may lose your patterns…..I will always do my best to look after you! They won't be gone, just not in your new account.
I realise that some of you have quite large collections of my patterns in your account and find this news disappointing having previously paid for pattern consolidating (collecting and adding all previous purchases from any platform into the current account system). Please don't stress!…If you email me after the new website is launched, I will do my best to add all your previous purchases to a new account (and no, you won't have to pay again!) ….. So, I do ask for patience if you would like me to re-do the pattern consolidation from previously, as it will be very time-consuming for me.
I do apologies and hope you understand that I am not able to manually add every pattern to every account for every account holder…..that would be a HUGE undertaking and would take me many months of sitting at the computer to complete. I hope being able to access free video tutorials for the patterns will far outweigh the inconvenience of the loss of the old accounts!
