This is a great pattern. Instructions were very clear and it went together quick and simple. Will definitely make more Fiona’s Freeway bags.

  2. Kelly

My fav of Christine’s designs (that I have used) – easy to read pattern – fabulous results.

  3. Daryl Perry

I made 3 Fiona Freeway bags. I tested the first one for Christine and it sold quickly. I got an order to make the same woman one in purples. Then shortly after her friend saw her purple Fiona and she also wanted a purple one and I made another Fiona. I stitched decorative machine and hand stitches and rickrack on my Fiona Flaps to give them an artsy look.

The bag pattern itself is great! Clear well written instructions as all of Christine’s patterns are. This is a sweet style that is a smallish bag (at least for me it is small, could be medium to others). I love the look of the flap and the grommets with the drawstring. The zippered front pocket is a nice addition. You can choose to add grommets or not or a tassel or not. Lots of ways to make this bag your own. The adjustable strap to wear across your body or on your shoulder is also a really nice feature of this bag as well.

  5. Jane Kempf

This is a fabulous pattern! Every single one I have made gets comments, compliments or just “wow! you made that?” It looks daunting, but goes together so easy. Christine always has very clear instructions and so many pictures in her patterns that anyone can make her designs….I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful her bags are and I have made most of them!!! Fabulous Amazing Beautiful…thank you Chris!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got around to making this bag. Why did I wait so long! I absolutely think it’s the cutest. I had fun making it. The Instructions as always are first class. Great little bag.
