Requirements

MATERIALS: Yardage: This is a guide only.
*Cork, Vinyl, Faux Leather or Leather: 61cm W X 30cm H (24” W X 12” H) (Allow extra yardage for fussy cutting).
*Clear Vinyl for ID Pocket: 9.5cm W X 6.4cm H (3 3ο‚€4” W X 2 ½” H)

NOTIONS:
*1 X 12mm (½”) Snap for the Flap Closure
*1 X 12mm (½”) Snap for the Coin Pocket (Optional. You don’t need this if you are making 2 banks of card slots).
*Permanent Fabric Glue.
I use a fast-drying, permanent fabric glue so I don’t need to wait too long before stitching. The one I use is β€œQuick Dry Adhesive by Couture Creations”. It dries sufficiently for me to stitch within 10 mins. I use this for cork, vinyl and leather; however, you can choose any glue suitable for your chosen material.
Tester recommended glues are: Fabri-Tac, Cre-Ation, Fevicol All Fix, Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue, Sika Contact Cement, E6000.

OPTIONAL – Edge Finishing Products or Glue for sealing the edges.

Other Items:
Fading Marker or Frixion Pen, Hole Punch, Snap Setting Tools, Wonderclips or similar, plus general sewing item.

This Snap N Go wallet is so easy to sew! Fast, quick sew too. I love the option of adding a coin pocket or another set of card pockets. Being that you use a raw edge material, there is no turning anything on this wallet! That alone makes this a quick sew. It looks fabulous too in any raw edge material that you choose. I was one of Christine’s testers for this wallet and I can tell you her instructions are ALWAYS excellent! Plus there is a FREE video tutorial for all the visual learners too. I used Kraftex (a paper product that looks like leather, but it washable) for making this wallet and it was my first time using Kraftex. I will make another wallet trying vinyl to compare how that looks. What a great gift this would make! You could make it the same week you need to give it because it’s that quick! I cut it all out using a rotary cutter and ruler as I don’t have one those cutting machines. So don’t let that stop you from making this wallet.
