Please note that in the Mini size, the exterior phone/slip pocket functions as a slip pocket only and is best suited to keys or other small items rather than a phone.

This tote bag sewing pattern works well with a range of materials. My own samples were made using vinyl for the exterior and either waterproof canvas or bonded poly nylon for the lining, creating a lovely soft and squishy finish. The pattern also includes guidance for adding stabiliser if you prefer a more structured bag.

In the tutorial, I make the Small size, but the construction process is the same for all three sizes, with size-specific measurement and placement details clearly included in the written pattern.
