Requirements
MATERIALS:
*Non Fraying Fabric such as Cork, Vinyl, Faux Leather or Leather: 91cm W X 30cm H (36” W X 12 H”)
*Clear Vinyl for ID Pocket: 9cm X 6.7cm (3 ½” X 2 58”)
NOTIONS:
*1 X 12mm (1/2”) Snap for the Coin Pocket
*Permanent Fabric Glue: I use a fast-drying, permanent fabric glue so I don’t need to wait so long before stitching – The one I use is “Quick Dry Adhesive by Couture Creations”. It dries sufficiently for me to stitch within 10 mins. I use this for cork, vinyl and leather; however, you can choose any glue suitable for your chosen material.
Tester recommended glues are: Fabri-Tac, Cre-Ation, Fevicol All Fix, Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue, Sika Contact Cement.
OPTIONAL – Edge Finishing Products or Glue for sealing the edges.
Other Items:
Fading Marker or Frixion Pen, Hole Punch, Snap Setting Tools, Wonderclips or similar, plus general sewing item.

Wow what a great wallet. Follow along with the video and it is very clear as to how it goes together. Just take note of Chris’s suggestions of fabric to use, I made a mistake a couldn’t finish because of thickness so just had to make another one!
Sue Reed –
