Old hat? Please head off to your "My Purchases" area. NOTE: For all orders it is normal that there may be a delay of up to 5 minutes for the system to add your patterns for you so please refresh the page if you don't see them right away after logging in.
Remember - Your purchases are under an account with your PAYMENT email address! (eg The address you use in your Paypal account however does NOT use your Paypal password!).
New Here? To understand the system better you may wish to read the following:
Your First Order: You should receive three emails.
- A copy of your receipt.
- An Email for confirming/setting up your account in the CWD Content Delivery Area. (IMPORTANT - This needs to be your payment email address!)
- A third email which contains a link to login and access your pattern or course.
Please check your spam for these emails if you don't receive them. You can also set your password by going to the "My Purchases" area and using the "forgot password" link provided.
Subsequent Orders: You should one email.
- A copy of your receipt.
Next proceed to the "My Purchases" Area and login.
Accounts Explained: The account in the CWD Content Delivery Area is compulsory to be able to access your patterns and courses and will be created on your behalf the first time you purchase, using your payment email address (eg. The email you use for Paypal).
You will need to confirm your account using this email address and subsequently in future, login with the same payment email address.
Subsequent purchases add to the same account as long as you use the same purchase email.
IMPORTANT - To access your pattern or course: Please remember to login using your payment email address. eg. The email address that you use for your Paypal account.
To return to your purchases at any time, simply click on the "My Purchases" link in the navigation.
PLEASE NOTE: Accounts on the main website have now been disabled as too many people were finding the two account system confusing. I do apologise if you were enjoying this feature!
